Individual Responsibility

As a condition of employment, all employees and contractors are required to comply with all safety- and environmental-related rules and regulations. Each individual is responsible for their own safety and the safety of those around them. Violation of this policy will be cause for disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or cancellation of contracts.

This HSE Policy is reviewed annually, or as required, to ensure its continued relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
